Home Delivered Meals

If you're 60 or above, and homebound, you may qualify for our Home Delivered Meal Program. These meals meet 1/3 of the daily nutritional requirements for a senior and are delivered straight to your door ready to eat. Frozen Meals may be available for weekend coverage as well.

A simple assessment form must be filled out and returned to us. You can find it here.

The assessment can now be downloaded as a pdf, and filled out on your computer, then emailed back to us. If you have any trouble saving as a pdf, give us a call.

Dining Sites

Our 8 dining sites throughout Mesa County are ready to take your reservation! These sites have educational and entertaining programs designed to keep you engaged in your community while enjoying a quality and nutritious meal. All reservations must be made by 4 pm the business day before you'd like to dine (please call on Friday for Monday reservations)  - no walk-ins will be accommodated.

Volunteer Opportunities

MOW MC has a variety of volunteer opportunities to accommodate any schedule! Drive a delivery route once a week, serve at a dining site, or help with administrative tasks at our main office. There are other volunteer positions available as well, depending on your skills and needs.

Great Value

Meals on Wheels Mesa County is a completely donation based program. As long as you meet our qualifications, each meal is a suggested donation of $3.50 per meal. We don't keep track of who donates and when, and no one is turned away due to inability or unwillingness to pay.

Getting Signed Up is Easy

An application for Home Deliveries can be mailed to you, or you can download the application from the link in the above 'Home Delivered Meals' section. Once your application has been received, someone from the office will call you and go over when we can get you started. To get signed up for a Dining Site, we will fill out a Congregate Intake Form over the phone with you.
