Who do you serve?
We serve seniors 60 or above in Mesa County, Colorado. However, not all services are available in all areas so please call with any questions.
What do you serve?
All of our meals are cooked fresh every morning in the kitchen of our office on Long Acre Dr. in Grand Junction. Our meals are designed to meet the state and federal requirements for nutrition for a senior. All of our menus are created and overseen by a registered dietitian employed by MOW MC.
Do you serve specialty diets?
Currently, because of the amount of meals we serve daily we are unable to accommodate any sort of specialty diets - including but not limited to gluten-free, vegetarian, and renal diets. Our meals are considered lower in fat, lower in sodium, and diabetic friendly.
